Shipping policy

We offer CIF Port Ocean Freight and DDP Door to Door Ocean Freight.

Orders are shipped within 15-20 business days after they are placed.

Arrival times depend on your destination and the carrier you choose at checkout.

Delivery times:

For Shipping normally between 35-50 business days after the 15-25 business days that it takes our team to package and deliver your order to the shipping carrier.

Please note these are the carrier’s delivery times and does NOT include the 15-20 business days that it takes our team to package and deliver your order to the carrier.

Please make sure the address is entered correctly, since we are not able to change addresses once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address (No refunds will be issued). A new order would have to be placed if order is missing.

Be aware that shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier are out of our control.


Refusal of delivery or wrong address:


In the event that the package is returned back to us, we will contact you through email to correct the issue. The cost of re-shipping a package is the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit when making a return.
